Ellie Black is a Visiting Assistant Professor in English–Creative Writing at Hendrix College. She received both a PhD in Creative Writing (emphasis in memoir/autotheory) and an MFA in poetry from the University of Mississippi. A 2026 Gregory Djanikian Scholar and a finalist for the 2025 Disquiet Prize in Poetry, her work has been published in or is forthcoming from Bennington Review, The Adroit Journal, The Common, The Drift, and elsewhere. Her debut collection, REVELATOR, received the 2026 APR/Honickman First Book Prize.
Rivka Clifton is the author of Muzzle (JackLeg Press), Wrong Feast (Baobab Press), Extended Cut (forthcoming Fonograf Editions), and Bull Rider (forthcoming Saturnalia Books) as well as the chapbooks: Action (forthcoming Split/Lip Press), A Feast of Small Proportions (Fork Apple Press), MOT and Agape (from Osmanthus Press). She has work in: Pleiades, Copper Nickel, Black Warrior Review, Colorado Review, Ploughshares, and other magazines. She lives in Seattle.
Charlie Lou Evans grew up in New Jersey, graduated from Virginia Tech and currently lives in Bellingham, Washington. His first poetry chapbook, Gay Sex, was released last June with Sibling Rivalry Press. He explores gender and sexuality through poetry and finds it most fulfilling when others see themselves in their work.
