Guided by the gods of the Greek pantheon & the wandering comets & planets that bear their names, the speaker drifts between myth & memory, body & starfield. Each poem bends language into something luminous & raw, passionate & tender.

In Celestial Bodies / Earthbound Wounds, Sadee Bee asks what it means to be human & what it means to recoil from that inheritance. Moving through trauma, familial fracture, gender, & sexuality, the voice of these poems ache toward freedom in a world that rarely grants it to Queer, Black femmes. The cosmos becomes both refuge & reckoning, a place to reimagine the self beyond gravity’s pull.
